I wish to cancel my o2 refresh account. This us due to the very poor reception I get where I live and recently has got even worse.
Please confirm receipt of message and final date, that I will be connected to my O2 account.
I do not need to speak to anyone to try and convince me to stay with O2 , as it's pointless paying for a phone that I can't use at home.

You will have to call O2 to cancel, as your device plan balance will need to be cleared also.

O2 will automatically bill the customer for the device plan costs, if applicable, when the number is ported too.
