i have been trying to get a settlement figure for one of my accounts and despite the numbers made available, there is no way to get past the robotic questions that never understand what your trying to say or get hold of!!
Are there no people working at O2, if so how do you get hold of anyone …. So frustrating, al, I want to do is pay some money!
