How do I cancel my insurance bolt on? I dont know if you have done it on purpose, but you have made it incredibly hard to cancel Bolts On via your My O2 app. 

Can you please cancel my bolt on insurance or explain to me how to do it? 

Or simply cancel my contract, its absolutely ridiculous how awkward O2 make this.

Insurance has ALWAYS needed you to contact customer services to cancel, you can call 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone (be prepared to wait) or  message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this. 

If you want to cancel your contract YOU will need to pay off any device plan, and also any other termination charges.
