Can't log in on the app/website anymore

Hi everyone,
I’ve been an O2 customer for almost 10 years and have always used the My O2 app and website without any issues. However, I can no longer log in—it seems like the system has desynced and is asking me to register again.
When I try to complete the registration process:
- On the app, I get a message saying my account is being created and that if it takes more than 48 hours, I should call the call center.
- On the website, it says my number is associated with another email address, which isn’t possible since I’ve only ever used one email.
I’ve been trying for over a month but keep running into the same issue. The call center hasn’t been able to help, as they don’t seem to know what’s causing the problem.
As mentioned, I’ve always been able to log in, manage my account, and change tariffs without any issues. I’ve also tried every troubleshooting step—restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc.—but nothing works.
Can anyone please help?

A system update has screwed up the login for many accounts.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
