Hello, I can’t log in anymore on my O2 app
i really need to check what I have left
it used to work now it’s says “something went, are you new ?” I’ve been on O2 contract since 2018
Can you help me please ?

Are you getting the same result with the app as you are if you try via your browser, @Mb95?
Sometimes the app needs to have its cache cleared, or even uninstalled and reinstalled.
