Hi all,
I've recently switched from Three to o2 and am having difficulties activating Wifi Calling. If I try switching it on from my iPhone settings, it tells me to contact O2 to allow Wifi Calling on this account.
I've gone through all the help documents I can find on the O2 website to find the area to activate Wifi Calling but haven't had any luck so far. I click My O2 but all I can see is usage etc, if I click on the phone icon next to my mobile number it takes me to My O2 Products and Services... am I missing something?

@Emma_Worgan You will need customer service to enable it on your account. All numbers are in the link below. Best chance is to call at 8 am. Use any option. Fraud or lost/stolen if necessary.
