Hi, I've been trying to log in on the my O2 app but I can't get it to work. I use the exact same email and password that I use on my laptop[ to view my account but it always says it doesn't match. When I'm sent the 6 digit code and copy it exactly it always says it's wrong. I can log into O2 priority just not the my O2 app. Can anyone help?

Have you tried uninstalling the app, turning your phone off and on and then installing it again @LowzJameson ?
If that doesn't work then we can ask the community advisors to take a look and see if there are any issues with your account...

@Altaf try deleting app, reboot phone and then reinstall the app.
