All you'll need to do is contact O2 for a 5g sim if you wish to connect to 5g services, as your old sim will only be 4g unless it's a recent new one.

Either pop into an o2 store or call customer services on 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

When you get the sim then follow the instructions in the packaging to do a sim swap

If going in store, they will do the sim swap for you.
They will send a text to your phone to confirm it's you, so you need your phone with you.
