I've been charged VAT in my last bill, I don't know why it has beeen charged.

Moreover,i was supposed to get 6 months of free amazon music, but i've been charged for it this month.

I need refund for this,and don't want to use Amazon music as an extra from now on, please sort this our for me.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Everyone pays VAT - it is possible your bill format has changed due to the move to VMO2's new 360 billing system. Follow advice given above to check, as nobody here can see into your account. @TI2 - good luck!
