Hey, im trying to upgrade my device, but as soon as it goes to basket to checkout, the basket empties and I have to redo it, which then keeps happening?

I'm having this same issue - tried several times to upgrade but when I get to the end and view my basket, it suddenly empties

Having the same issue, paid £1 order fee and basket then emptied.
