Auto top up

Hi,

I am trying to cancel my auto top but I cannot find how to do it in the website? It's says can change or cancel anytime but then there isn't actually an option to do this?

To stop your auto top-up and delete your details go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Then go to auto top-up and you can then cancel your auto top-up and details.

If you can't do it yourself then call o2 on 4445. Or social media
