Hello everyone. I recently bough a new sim, o2 pay as you go, and have a lot of glitches in the app. I constantly get "Something went wrong screen" in some sections of the app, when I restarted the phone, o2 started to bombard me with sms messages "Sorry, your number doesn't support Visual Voicemail, so we can't set it up yet. Please contact your service provider for help.", after that, few days later, I got logged out of the app and couldn't log in after that: "My O2 isn't available to you yet". It seems like the number or account is cursed. Could anyone tell me how to fix that, please?

Force-close the app, and uni stall it completely. Then, after your next reboot, whenever that is, reinstall the app from the relevant app store and try again. As ever, @Rup, you can run MyO2 in your phone browser by clicking here: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

Also the app hands over to your default browser in places, so make sure your browser is up to date as well. Good luck!

Visual voicemail - turn off VVM in the dialer app, 3 dots top right and then into Settings, Voicemail, set slider below to off:

The app can be buggy, sometimes needing an update from Play Store to fix - you can login to MyO2 via any browser, @Rup  - https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

Good luck!

Partially, I managed to switched off Visual voicemail, but the problem with the app stays on, unfortunately.
