Can someone please tell me why my order still says processing and up to two weeks when it has now been nearly 3 weeks since ordering?
the call centres have given me two varying stories….
1. Earlier this week advised a technical glitch with my order had prevented it from going to despatch. Advised that there was stock and it would be resolved and notified. Still nothing has changed
2. called today advised that it would firstly be up to 2 weeks still (ridiculous!!) and had been no glitches and no stock. Then advisor changed story and said would be 19th October (ie tomorrow) delivery but I still have no update!!
3. don’t even get me started on the shambles you have made of my unlimited data !!
I would like firm, clear and accurate answers as to when I will be receiving my order!

No answers here sorry to say. We are all customers on the Community so we have zero access to such information
