Another weekend that You Can't upgrade phone online

Anyone else wondering why O2 make it impossible to upgrade your phone online at the weekend?? Not good for people who work away from home Monday-Friday!!

Start with a new, or incognito window - and avoid logging on to the Community Forum before completing your purchase. Be sure your basket is clear also. The website should be available all the time, the stock levels sadly not until you have hit the Pay button @Gitladi.

They are doing something to my o2, but it does tell you to either pop in store or call 202 to talk about my o2.. @pgn

I saw that for a while last night, @madasaf1sh - but the O2 online shop is open for upgrades when I login to MyO2 in an Incognito window and go to Upgrade my phone @Gitladi  - the model I would pick is even showing as "available" 🤓 - were I in the market for an upgrade at this time, natch!
