Hi there. I topped up on 14/09/20 but ran out of data recently . Due to a family emergency we were in hospital for 2 days which the nurses would not sign me into the WiFi. I therefore topped up anorher£20 yesterday in the hopes it would renew my data but that does not seemto be the case, it's charging me by the day. As a extremely loyal O2 customer ,and having to go back to to the hospital this morning which will most likely be all day, could you please refresh the top up to including the data? I also had atleast 2 weeks before I was due to top up . O2 CS have been amazing in helping me with similar situations in the past and I'm hoping you will be able to do the same again. Which is why I have been with o2 for nearly 16 years.

Kindest regards

Allowances only renew on your anniversary date.

I'm between times you can add a bolt on to get more https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
