My data is back up now and I can make phone calls BUT my SMS is still playing up.
All my SMS fail to send and when I receive SMS I get multiple copies.
I am guessing there's an issue where the SMS confirmation messages are being lost in the system so my phone keeps sending the message thinking they have not got through?
I have re-started my phone too.
I'm on Tesco Mobile Pay Monthly (who use 02) with and iPhone SE.

Tesco buy network off o2 so o2 have no control over what your phone is doing.
