Refund due to technical issues

Is there possibility of a refund or money back due to yesterday’s issues? I have 2 pay monthly phone contracts with o2 for myself and my partner and we continually pay our bills every month on time if not early! We are very annoyed as we rely on our phone for basic communication, family emergencies and for work purposes also which caused us issue throughout all of yesterday.

@Lgreve Not likely as it was fixed within 24 hours & it won’t be a massive refund if that’s what your expecting

I understand that. Caused us issues all day that’s all. I don’t expect miracles of course but every little helps, especially this time of year
