O2, your company is a disaster. It's shocking how poorly you run things. The constant price hikes are bad enough, but the real issue is your appalling customer service. It's virtually impossible to get help – your support line has absurd wait times, and when you finally do get through, you're often cut off. On top of that, half the time, the person on the other end can't even speak basic English. Honestly, you could learn a lot from Amazon when it comes to customer care. The so-called "deals" you offer are worthless when backed by such awful service. Your after-sales support is abysmal, and frankly, I can't believe you're still allowed to operate in the UK. I've had to take you to the ombudsman, and I won my case. To anyone else stuck with this useless company, take them to the ombudsman – it’s the only way to get any justice. O2 doesn't seem to care about anything but profits, and it shows. The UK desperately needs more competition in telecommunications because your so-called service is an embarrassment. The competition is just as bad, but at least they don’t actively frustrate their customers as much as you do.

Agreed 👍

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Looks like the joining of Vodafone and Three is going ahead, so less competition.

Things can only get worse

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
