Why can't I see my own charges/billing details?? It's ridiculous, I was charged for something and I can't even find out what it was. Nothing on the app, the helpline is useless, after 30 minutes they just hung up, after a few attempts to call through the guy said "my charges" should be on the My O2 app but it's not there and he can't even tell where exactly to look for. Then he finally managed to tell me that I made some calls on the 21st, - what calls? to where? what time? I asked to send me this billing to me email so I could see myself and he said he can't do it! Are you kidding me???
I have another mobile provider and you just open the app and it's all there, you can always track your usage and see the billing, all topups and charges for the past 6 months at least.
O2 is light years behind!!
And every time I deal with their app it's always so buggy, nothing ever works properly....
