where is my voucher?

I bought a new mobile phone from o2 with offer of 50 pound high street voucher. I claimed it on popupsale.o2.co.uk as instruction on the flyer a month ago but I received nothing. I contacted the promotion team at o2promotions@grg.com many times but no reply as well. I also called customer service but they can not help as the promotions was hold by grg company and ask me to call them but I can not contact them as well. I have no idea about what is going on and feel terribly disappointed with o2 service, so confuse to continue use o2 or not with poor support for customer and unclear promotions.
is there anyone get the same problem?

Thats good, hope you get some sort of satisfaction from them. Keep us posted, I will be very interested in their excuse and how they are going to resolve it.
Good luck.

No I havent heard anything since they tried to call me last Friday. I have sent the letter giving them 14 days to sort it out and then i have to get back in touch with the consumer council again and they will advise me what the next step is, so until those 14 days are up it is out of my hands, will keep you updated

Hi, I sent email to customer care and ask them to solve this problem as soon as possible. They have credit 50 pounds to my mobile phone account and have no clear answer about the voucher.

Hi!
Just seen your chat and I too am having the same problem. I thought I was getting somewhere when I spoke to O2 Customer Service (for the 10th time) and she volunteered to take the case up for me and deal with the promotions team on my behalf. She then phones today and says the promotions team need to deal with me direct and they will email me. She said they said that two days ago and what a suprise I have had nothing. I have emailed the promotions team at least 8 times and emailed the O2 complaints team but had no reply. I told the woman I spoke to today that I expect a call from her on Monday and if the promotions team haven't emailed me by then we will go from there. However I have wrote to the complaints address today using a template I found on the Trading Standards website with 14 days to resolve this issue or I will take legal action. I have the advantage that my boyfriend deals with alot of legal matters through his work so I know I have the ability to do this.
I joined o2 in January and have to say the customer service I have received from them has been awful. They are such a big company you think they would be used to dealing with customers... They have advised that it is out of their hands but the way I see it, they were the ones who offered us this voucher so it should be there responsibility to deal with these problems.
I am at the point now where a £50 voucher will not suffice the time and frustration this has caused and I have put this in the letter to them.
I am not holding my breath but I will post back on here if I get a response and wil keep an eye out for your comments to see if you get anywhere.
Maybe we should take a leaf out of the students book and protest outside O2!! grin

Hi Mel_martin2002
As you can see by my posts i am having the same problem. I have never been able to telephone them as i dont have a phone number direct to them. I have tried to phone several numbers and keep getting options and none of them relate to our problem. I have still not heard anything from them and if i havent by next monday i have to telephone trading standards back as they told me to write to them and give them 14 days to respond. I totally agree they are a big company and the way they are handling this is disgusting to say the least. When phoned trading standards they said that the problem was with o2 and not the promotions company, as it was with o2 that we took out the contract. I am not going to let this one go and will fight to the bitter end to get my £50 back one way or another. Please keep me informed wont you. Thanks
