Why is it, that when it's 8pm on a friday night, o2 don't answer their 202 phone number or answer their live web chat? I thought they were open until 9pm? Or am I wrong??? Probably can't be bothered to work on a friday night!

They are open until 9pm weekdays, must be a bit busy with the new phone sales.

Indeed, as it's S6 launch day so phones lines likely to be jammed.

well, on hold for an hour last night and no answer. on hold for 30 mins again today and still no luck. This is ridiculous. Maybe they need more staff to answer their phones. Also their chat is not being answered by anyone.

It doesn't help you but as others have said it's probably to do with the launch of the S6. This was the scenario when they launched the iPhones in September
