An observation: when I scroll down this frequently-referenced page:

https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad

I get to a section that says:

Yet clicking inside the red outline takes me to

 https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/the-international-bolt-on

1000018736.png

...which clearly has nothing to do with the "O2 Travel Inclusive Zone Bolt On".

Can this be corrected, @Dave-O2 ?

No wonder people are confused @pgn.

We have so many who think that the International Bolt On can be used abroad, instead of it being a bolt on costing £3.00 which  allows you to make cheap calls FROM the UK to numbers in certain foreign countries.

I am sorry to say @Cleoriff that is one of numerous inaccuracies, contradictions and pieces of misleading guidance on O2's website.

Oh yes, I'm well aware of that @Oxonian. All pretty poor really.

Noticed there was a post recently where a customer has bought one of these rather than O2 Travel

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Just tried it on the laptop, with the same misleading result - it needs to be corrected, @Dave-O2:

It should hyperlink tohttps://www.o2.co.uk/international/travel-inclusive-zone

We're all doomed !!!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sorry @Dave-O2 but I still dont get that at all. The way it's placed between O2 Travel and O2 Travel Inclusive

(both bolt ons to be used abroad)

It gives new members a false impression. The International Bolt on can ONLY BE USED IN THE UK costing £3,00 and allows people IN THE UK to make cheaper calls abroad.

We have seen one or two people who buy the International Bolt On thinking it can be used abroad for cheaper calls.

It can't.
