How do i send texts from my o2 account?

Use you phone?! I am assuming you want to login online to send texts? The nearest you will get to this is via TuGo if you are a pay monthly customer, this is available on various platforms including via web broswer login. If you are a PAYG customer TuGo isn't available to you I am afraid.

No i want to sent text from my o2 account on my computer on the message pad but i don't know where the message pad is.

As @MI5 has mentioned this is no longer available - the nearest to it would be a TuGo login on a web browser.
