hi with this new BT Kcom network being installed everywhere is this affecting my signal, they have put a new pole outside my house which originally was effecting my virgin internet and now its effecting my my mobile phone, i keep getting message send failure notices since the pole went up at the end of november

KCom should not really affect your Virgin Broadband or O2 phone signal.

Start by checking for O2 problems

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Absolute naff all to do with the KCom network been installed, as if remember rightly it just uses the pole to connect to cables, (KCOM Has nothing to do with BT), and I take it you live in East Yorkshire..

How do you mean its interfered with your Broadband from Virgin.. 

What Signal Strength are you getting on your mobile phone??
