All I have is trouble with o2 I was on hold for 1 hour 47 minutes what a joke still never got in touch with anyone then the website is no help how do these people run a business

On the phone not the first time either I find myself wait silly amount of time and it's hard when you work full time and have kids to sort out

They do have opening hours & they are outsourcing so that's why there's not as many staff as you desire. Of they kept you on hold then maybe they were busy or wanting their tea
