I,m trying to change the credit card i use to pay monthly on direct debt i cant do it on line it says ring customer services but there is no one to speak to only options you get is about paying your bill,no human to take new details !!

You should be able to do it via MY O2...if not you will have to continue to try CS
Edit...I have just tried and you do have to contact CS...Security I suppose...
