anyone with o2 placed an order recently online and had to wait ages for the order to update ? i i upgraded my phone online thursday, said delivery would be friday , my orders still stuck on processing , customer service are absolutely useless 😩

Been processing for 3 weeks now, even though the phone was in stock,
I've had 13 texts telling me my order is running late, I've wasted hours on the phone to India,
O2 is an absolut joke.
I have 5 phones on my account and I'm ready to cancel the lot due to thier lies.
20 years loyal customer and I get lied to and fobbed off.
Well o2 you had your chance.
SORT THIS MESS OUT.

No such thing as a loyal customer these days.
Always pays to shop around.
And there is no O2 agents here to sort things out, so apart from other customers noone will read your post
Problem is O2 don't have a live stock situation so things can show in stock when they are not.
Probably best to shop at one of their stores when you can get your hands on it there and then
