order not arrived

an order should have arrived today. it has not. unable to get any tone by dialing 202. been cut off twice on the land line after just over 8 minutes. what a rubish service. my money has been taken but no goods have arrived. i will be changing provider asap

Keep trying cs but if you get no luck you can escalate to complaints http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
It's usually best to call cs between 8 and 8.30am

I'm in the same boat.  Crappy delivery company.  Impossible to contact anyone who can do anything about it.  Sucks. I do have a phone.  They left it with a neighbour but I can't deal with it now because I ahve a life to get on with.

Is there a problem with leaving the phone with your neighbour?
All delivery companies will do that esp this time of year.....

I have ordered a smartwatch sony 3 on 29/11/15 and it said that if i ordered before 10pm, it would arrive between 8am - 8pm next day. Still waiting and no notification of tracking my order either on my profile. Money has been taken out but no order. What a joke. Can't even get an available rep on webchat.

I have had the same experience with FitBit - they do not have any stock and cancelled my order without telling me. It's probably the same for you guys.

I Had this, and this is the answer i got from them. It is now out of stock as it was a first come first served basis. Which clearly it did not say this anywhere. So yeah, and they cant say when they are getting any in to.
