order complete?

Hi guys i hope someone can explain to me why online the status of my order is set to complete.
I placed an order and signed up for a contract on Monday 19th september i was told the handset was out of stock at that time and they would have more stock on the wednesday and was expectin it to be delivered by today (Friday).
So when the handset wasnt delivered i checked the online status which is currently set as complete.
I wont be able to call customer services untill the morning just wanted to know if somebody has had something similar happen.

Excellent news.
Got to say that I have never had a problem with any delivery from O2.

hey guys i received the parcel on monday afternoon yodel didnt collect it from o2 until sunday but it seems they had just been made aware it was ready for them to collect on friday.
Anyway its here safe and sound slight_smile
