order complete?

Hi guys i hope someone can explain to me why online the status of my order is set to complete.
I placed an order and signed up for a contract on Monday 19th september i was told the handset was out of stock at that time and they would have more stock on the wednesday and was expectin it to be delivered by today (Friday).
So when the handset wasnt delivered i checked the online status which is currently set as complete.
I wont be able to call customer services untill the morning just wanted to know if somebody has had something similar happen.

I just called o2 and was told that the handset has been posted out via courier (yodel).
I got the consignment number and decided to use the online tracking service which states the data has been received and is awaiting collection at the Leeds depo.
I was a little confused about this as it was worded as if i was to collect it from Leeds which would be a bit a pain given that im in Scotland.
So i called yodel and have been told that they dont even have the item yet.

awaiting collection leeds depot means it has not been collected by yodel yet it will change status once picked up at the o2 leeds depot.
Just keep an eye on it you may not get it until tuesday unless the status changes later

as it stands just now yodel have yet to collect it or have not yet updated the tracking service so god knows when it will get here.
