I've nothing against people using alternative browsers but if parts of the O2 web site don't work it's better to report the failure and try and get them to fix it.

The O2 site should work properly with all mainstream web browsers.

Could possibly be the the browser.

When using Chrome I occassionally get a cant load error from the O2 web site (no others) inferring I cant load the page and sign in.  If I go back a page bingo I have actually signed in.

This week other members of this forum mentioned they use Comodo Dragon Browser (based on and looks like Chrome)  so I gave it a whirl and these error codes have not yet happened.

I like this browser

Error 500--Internal Server Error

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

^^ is that the message? Been popping up in my face all morning:( (go away)

The only thing I can reccomend is time. I think this problem lies server side not at the end users:(

But I'd still reccomend comodo dragon anyway:) great broswer
