I'm glad I didn't sign any upgrade, I've just joined tmobile not the best customer service but they're trying, but they have the best deals out there.

As long as t mobile Provides excellent network cover and signal then good for you.

Deals and the all new singing and dancing smartphones are redundant without this.

Agreed. I wait in anticipation as to what level of CS capita will bring.

It's a shame because O2 really do have great signal (despite loss in certain areas recently) but I need to know that CS has my back should something go wrong.

All in all I would like to leave just as a statement to their disregard for their employees but unless I can find a suitable alternative its just not worth the hassle.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

"An spokeswoman confirmed on Monday night that the UK telecoms giant would announce the move to investors when the stock market opens. She said no staff would be made redundant."

Seems like the spokeswoman wasn't aware of Capita's plans.

Good luck you guys.

So you took the trouble to post on a thread without reading the opening article and comments from O2 employees on the forum? Do some research.

The 'media' reports say its "planned" which isn't in my understanding a done deal ,or has the situation progressed to that stage ?
