O2 has the worst customer service of all the phone providers ! Just called to upgrade....30 mins wait....go online to check options " sorry page not available"....******e service from a ******e company.
I call Tesco if I have a query re my son's mobile and agent is on the line within 30 secs..."o2 won best customer service 6 years in a row"...how many people voted 6?
Oh and o2 rip you off when you're travelling even if you have o2 travel and pay £4.99 per day when used...billed me for wrong items in 2014 and in Dec 2016, " sorry Sir its the systems"...oh yeah...how many thousands of customers have been ripped off then ? have reported them to OFCOM and the Press..

Ofcom will only lodge the complaint and not investigate it .
Please follow the full complaints process as mentioned by @Bambino use the resolver process
