I have recently moved house, and can't get my phone to work it's constantly on sos calls only. Unfortunatley just before I moved I signed up to an 18 month contract and are now paying for a service that I'm not recieving!!!! (which isn't alot of good if my children need to contact me) O2's answer is for me to drive up the road until I can get a signal!!!!!!!!!! Think I will NOT be renewing my contract with O2 next time. Once they have you signed up they are not interested and completley unhelpful.
