Cheam village is the place to live. my Ex's parents lived in the The Drive. Average house price is £2M+.
East Cheam doesn't really excist. Cheam village and North Cheam do though.

Cheam and the surrounding areas have been a hot bed of talent over the years LOL.
Katie Melua (went to Cheam Girls and a friend of my Ex).
Bradley from S-club 7 ( I know I know)
David Bellamy
Harry Secombe
Alec Stewart (cricketer)
Just to name a few.
Also my EX's mum is a former commonwealth Gold Medalist, I will not name her.
