Just got new contract and Nokia lumia 900, but I have just received a mms message and not able to view it. Why?

MMS is a bit old-fashioned now however there is occasions where I would like to send them. Currently I can send up to 1.2MB size MMS images although not every handset can download them. In the end, they become internet attachments so maybe just e-mailing them is quicker and less of a burden.
