Thanks for letting people know about maintanance work being carried out in Harrogate over the last 48 hours, I have been expecting important calls and have had no signal so have no idea wether or not these calls where made. Terrible customer service, time to leave O2 once my contract ends.

Actually I didn't know O2 text to inform of maintenance work . Only status on upgrade to 4G?

I get texts for maintenance and also got a text when upgrading to 4G.

They are quite selective then @jonsie as most people complain on here because they have no clue as to why theyare having problems..... #just saying
