live chat

Does anyone know the purpose of live chat? I tried 3 times and nothing! Perhaps the person there is deceased?

I just wanted someone to tell me how I'm supposed to track an order when I can't find anything in the six headings at the top of my home page, or their sub-folders, which mentions tracking. Have they invented some new word for tracking? Do I need a guru?

Trying to contact o2 without using a line which costs £1.50 a minute is like trying to get through to the pope!

Pretty rubbish for a "communications" company

Calling O2 customer services is an 03 number when not using an O2 phone so this should be local rates (or included in allowances on mobiles on other networks)

Having been told that my new phone would be delivered the next day and wasting the whole of the aforementioned next day, before discovering it wasn't being delivered until Monday, I am now even LESS than impressed having wasted yet another day waiting for the phone to arrive. It is now 5pm so I figure that counts as the waste of a day!

Where did you get this calling for £1.50 per minute figure from? All the contact numbers are here: http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus If you're unhappy with the service you've received, use the landline number and cancel your order. You can also lodge a formal complaint here: http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

This is a customer to customer forum. That's about all anyone can help you with here.

In addition, all orders can be tracked in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I think deliveries can come up until 10pm iirc I've seen ppl say their phone has arrived after 5pm and up to 10pm.

Anyway if it's still not arrived follow the above links to track and complain!
