I reckon if capita employed one legged donkeys who are only able to Eeyore Swahili you'd get a better service than at the moment.

Im sure o2 have statistics on how they perform.

 

But im not sure if that info would be shared outside of their own domain.

 

It would be nice to have feedback from the Live Chat operatives too.

A few used to contribute in the past but not seen them for a while now.

Like you say the stats would be good to see. To see what subjects are answered and what aren't. Wonder if there'll be a pattern.

At the end of Live Chats there is a feedback form to fill in.  I don't know how many people fill it in or if O2 even take any notice to it.  I am always honest with my feedback.  If I am very unhappy I will write it in the comments section.

Totally agree Gemz and as i said before... all of us forced to deal with Live Chat start at a

 

different point of technical knowledge and ability.

 

Its like saying everyone who gets in a car to learn to drive starts from the same point

 

I certainly didn't. I learnt to drive at 18..never took my test and started again at 49

 

A presumption was made that as a confident professional woman I would be brilliant....Smiley Embarassed

 

All I can say to that was..its a good job I had a damn good driving instructor !!

If Live Chat was better than I don't think that the community would be as big as it is now.

 

There are many people who feel more comfortable using this forum rather than chatting to an advisor on Live Chat.

 

In my opinion, more solutions are found when people use this forum rather than on Live Chat.
