iPhone 3 Gs problems with MMS Picture Messages

Hi O2 users.

Whenever I send an MMS to my wife's Samsung G600 Phone she does not receive anything. However when my wife or daughter sends me a MMS it says it is 'permanent service denied' (no picture etc). Normal texts messages work fine and are identified as coming from my iphone. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I have sent about 20 Pictures messages to my wife and daughter.. Still getting the same above message. Please Please help me sort out the problem.

P.S. The New iPhone is Excellent apart from this problem.

If it's just happened today, most of o2's data network (including MMS) is down.
