iOS vs Android - let the battle commence!

Anonymous
Not applicable
So....... I don't come here often. But when I do, most know I'm a die hard iOS fanboy.

However, I did something strange yesterday and ordered the OnePlus 3T. From O2 naturally.

Here's the plan. I have 14 days to decide whether to keep the OnePlus 3T or revert back to my trusty iPhone 6s Plus. I am going to turn off my iPhone when I receive the new phone. Save for taking pictures of the new phone.

I'm going to keep a diary on here of my experiences and try to update it everyday.

Is there anything people want to know specifically or things people want me to address during this?

Dual sim is great - chap at work has the OnePlus 2 and has his sim in one slot and a work sim in the other. No need to carry two phones! Plus it shows which sim the call/text is from and (unless you say otherwise) uses that sim to reply. Very clever!
The slider is for Ring - Vibrate - Meeting (or do not disturb).
Enjoy the change, and will look forward to reading your thoughts in the coming days - am seriously considering something like this as the next phone...

I've been using a dual sim device for the last 3 years or so. The current ones are so much better and more fluid than when they first came out.
I'd like to try out the OP3 to see how it compares to my Z5 in that respect too.

So with the dual sim feature are both sims active at the same time or to you have to toggle?

If we are talking about the OP3T it's dual sim/dual standby which means both active at the same time.

Depending on device there are some that you have to switch between sims and some that will allow calls to come through on both sims at the same time, whilst others switch off the second sim when a call is active on the first.
