how do i talk online to an advisor?

I spoke online yesterday to an O2 advisor, it just popped up on the screen, then my internet went down and I lost the conversation. I tried to search where I could talk to another advisor online and cannot find it anywhere! Does anyone know what I have to click on to be able to talk to an advisor?

There is no link. You just have to browse in the shop and when an adviser is available the pop up box appears.In fact, I have just been looking at my bill in 'my o2' and got the pop-up box...and it's Sunday :mansurprised:
