Hi,

I'm new here.

I am an exsisting O2 customer using an iphone4s, but have just ordered an iphone5 from Apple.

How do I get a nano-sim for this phone and keep my same number please?

Any help gratefully received,

thanks,

John

Go into an O2 shop and ask for one.

You could phone customer services and ask to get one sent to you
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Just a couple of questions about this as l will shortly be switching from a nokia phone to an iphone 5s. I have ordered a nano sim for use and have had an email saying to call 4444 to activate the sim when it arrives. Do l need to do that or can l just follow the swap your sim instructions to activate it with my old number ? Also as l am on a pay and go go go tariff will the credit balance be automatically transferred over with my old phone number ? Thanks in advance for any help.

You can chose either method to swap your sim. The credit will be transferred across to the new sim also.

Are you buying the iphone 5s sim free or on contract?

If on contract you first use the nano sim with the temp assigned number and do not use the swap my sim form but use the keep my number moving from payg to pay monthly form linked to in this support article http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),CASE=12343

If getting the 5s as sim free from apple then just use the swap my sim form.
