Also i wanted to know that when a bill is sent home, do the numbers you have phoned get sent home with it?
Nearly everyone now has online billing only, so O2 send nothing to your home.

I think whoever told you that was thinking of O2 to O2 minutes and texts but even though GiffGaff uses O2 network it's a separate entity.

Strange the OP would think GiffGaff would be excluded when they're owned by O2!

Speaking of Gif Gaf, anybody else seen what there going to start selling handset's in the near future?
Unlocked & generic firmware, pay for the handset all up front or cheap finance deal through a third party.

I doubt their prices will be less than the likes of Amazon for sim-free phones, Giffgaff being a very low-margin operation can't discount phones like O2 and EE can.

O2 prices on certain handsets are a total joke.
Certain Sony handsets are cheaper sim free & unbranded direct from Sony then paying what O2 ask for them.
The ONLY benefit from going with an O2 Refresh deal is being able to pay for the handset on the drip, fine if you want to pay over the odd's for it in the long run.
Gif Gaf selling handset's & offering cheap credit term's on paying for them just give's people another option to look out when they want to upgrade there phone.

I suspect they will be re-selling services from an existing mobile phone e-tailer.
