Hello, I have been an O2 customer for about 3 -4 yearss, I have 2 phone lines
last year I noticed some strange bill costs approx £8 so relatively unnoticeable to mer. What I did not know was that i was being charged for text messages i have never received. Some ridiculous competition line
the dangerous thing is the textes do not appear on your phone and O2 pretend its nothing to do with them. Approximately £180 has been stolen and i have been left to battle on my own to get this unathorised cost back.
Anyone else had this problem? any suggestions?
