i found it really hard to leave positive feedback today...

i changed contract from o2 to another o2 contract and wanted to keep my number something i read online was a real pain. however after a short phone call with a very professional and truely lovely lady called tracy she sorted my request.

i felt so confident she knew what she was doing i completely trusted her and she delivered. thank you o2 for great service and i hope that tracy hears my thanks too. she was a pleasure to talk too and exactly what great service sounds like.
