I have again asked Lisa, a great member of your team to reset my Apple Watch SIM card so I can set the mobile data - I Never have luck over the phone and I wonder if there is a way to do this from my O2 account rather than having to log here.
Also this is to give a brilliant feedback to Lisa who is fantastic and sorts this out very quickly...I am grateful!
