Call forwarding has stopped working on the phones functionality.
Called customer service - it's an apple issue due to iphone updates - contacted apple - no knowledge of the issue.
Tried a non-O2 sim in the i phone - call forwarding functionality on phone works fine.
Called customer service again
Turn off wifi calling, turn off 4g and try **21*number to divert to# send
Also not working
Called customer service again - can fill in a form to have it set up - 24 hours - same to take it off - otherwise just have to wait till apple release a fix

No, we didn't fill in the form. Wanted a better and more controllable solution.
Customer service have raised a ticket that goes to an uncontactable back office set of technicians who can take upto 10 days to look at / start the ticket.
Major complaint going into O2

Please regard a complaint as a last resort. They take about eight weeks to finalise and, in the meantime, you might find a reluctance from Customer Services to interact with you or to address your problem.
