No data for 4 weeks

4 weeks of no Mobil data, lots of calls to o2, a visit to a o2 store, a email to head office, all with no help or any help to resolve my problem, o2 can now stick my 14 years as aloyal customer and there bill, I’m off to Vodaphone

Terrible service

My bill has almost doubled, but I am unable to view it and cannot imagine the reason for the increased charges. I was transferred from Virgin and am very unhappy with the handling of my account.
