Is anyone else finding the support they are receiving in app, over the phone or via email a total waste of time? send something you didn’t order and then expect you to pay special delivery to get it back. they call and you can’t understand everything...

P.s. prior post forgot to mention was told by shop worker they weren't even recruiting new gurus..is this true? another shop worker also said guru service wasn't going downhill just more people using it..to which I pointed out the actual fact was not...
